Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or receiving services from ENAH Plumbing Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
ENAH Plumbing Services provides residential and commercial plumbing services including but not limited to: emergency plumbing, drain cleaning, geyser repair and installation, pipe repairs, leak detection, bathroom and kitchen installations, waterproofing, and related services. All services are performed by qualified technicians in accordance with applicable South African standards and regulations.
3. Quotations and Pricing
• All quotations are provided free of charge and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue • Quotations are based on information provided by the client and a site inspection where applicable • ENAH Plumbing Services reserves the right to revise a quotation if unforeseen circumstances arise during work execution • Any variation to the agreed scope of work will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding • Emergency callout rates apply to services requested outside business hours
4. Payment Terms
• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing • We accept cash and bank transfer (EFT) • VAT at the applicable rate is charged on all invoices (VAT No. 9755726198) • Overdue accounts may attract interest at the prime lending rate plus 2% • ENAH Plumbing Services reserves the right to withhold certificates of compliance until payment is received
5. Access and Site Conditions
The client must ensure that: • Safe access to the property and work area is provided • Any relevant information about existing plumbing, electrical, or structural conditions is disclosed • A responsible adult is present at the property during service delivery ENAH Plumbing Services will not be held liable for damage resulting from undisclosed conditions or restricted access.
6. Guarantee and Warranty
• We guarantee our workmanship for 90 days from the date of completion • Material warranties are subject to the terms of the relevant manufacturer • The guarantee is void if the work has been tampered with, modified, or subjected to misuse • Geyser installations include a Certificate of Compliance as required by law
7. Limitation of Liability
ENAH Plumbing Services liability is limited to the value of the services rendered. We are not liable for: • Indirect, consequential, or special damages • Damage resulting from pre-existing conditions not disclosed at the time of service • Damage caused by events beyond our reasonable control Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant service.
8. Cancellations
• Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 2 hours notice at no charge • Emergency callouts that are cancelled after dispatch may attract a callout fee • ENAH Plumbing Services may cancel or reschedule appointments due to operational circumstances with reasonable notice
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the South Gauteng High Court or the relevant Magistrate's Court.
